Frame is chrome, Phillies logo is plastic. Looks good on the back of my car. Go Phils! No machine screws are included.

This Looks great, for about three weeks then the RUST started.. it was pitted after three weeks that anytime water touches it. the rust comes right through!!!!!!!! I sugest gettin the white plastic version..
